There are two ways to search products:

a) Through Product Code: The entire product on our Website has a unique code. To search, Go on the search bar Enter the Product code and then click Search

b) Through Catalog Name or Category: You can follow the same steps as above and search for a product using catalog name or category, instead of product code.

At RD Online Shopping, we have stringent quality checks and ensure that we onboard only high-quality suppliers. In case the product quality is not up to the mark, we provide easy return and exchange policy. Further, we actively take user feedback on product quality, post delivery. You can also see this feedback in form of Ratings & Reviews on Product Details page. This feedback improves our quality check process and removes poor quality suppliers.

To place a request for Exchange:

• Go to 'Orders' Tab

• Click on the Order which you want to Exchange

• Click on 'RETURNS' button for the product to be returned

• Next, select 'EXCHANGE'

• Fill the remaining form & click on 'Submit'

Note: You have to upload original products images and NOT the Catalog image.

To place a request for Return:

• Go to 'Orders' Tab

• Click on the Order which you want to Return

• Click on 'RETURNS' button for the product to be returned

• Next, select 'REFUND’

• Fill the remaining form & click on 'Submit'

On cancellation or return, we return you the order value for prepaid orders. In case of online payment, the refund will be credited in your source account whereas, for COD, it will be credited in your bank account provided to us.

PLEASE NOTE: In case you handover an extra/wrong product, the refund will NOT be initiated. Please ensure that you enter the correct quantity at the time of initiating the return request on the return Section.

There can be several reasons to get a return request rejected. Some of the possible reason for return request rejection can be-

a) Pin code non-serviceability

b) Wrong product description

c) Wrong image upload

d) Return or Exchange item as that was delivered more than 5 days ago.

In RD Online Shopping, all products have been priced including GST. However, you need not worry as we bring you the lowest possible rates available from suppliers.

We offer multiple payment modes. The list includes:

• COD

• UPI

• GPay

• Credit/Debit card

• Net banking

You can cancel your order by calling between 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM or 24x7 text a Whatsapp at 09165658280. You can also sending an Email at rdonlinegroup@gmail.com But if the order has been dispatched then the order cannot be cancelled. In such a case, you can deny your order at the time of delivery.

No, you cannot cancel an order after it has been shipped. In such a case, your customer can deny the order at the time of delivery.

No, you will not be charged if you cancel/ Return/Exchange an order. In Case of Return you will get 100% Refund amount in your bank account.

If you have received the empty box/missing components, please give us a call, whatsapp or drop an email within 48 hours of order delivery, failing which the claim will not be entertained. While we investigate on this case, request you to please make note of these pointers:

-Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.

Once the product has been picked up, the refund will be processed. In case of online payment, the refund will be credited in your source account whereas, for COD, it will be credited in your bank account which you provided with us.
